Branch Account Manager – Cabot Sq. recruitment
Job Purpose:
To provide a proactive customer service and generate revenue through growth of a defined portfolio of clients as well identifying opportunities to cross sell to client base.
Job Background/context:
This role reports to the Sales Manager. It the primary generating role within branches
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of individual sales and revenue targets
- Act in accordance with both internal and external compliance regulations
- Develop client revenue of existing and new clients through proactive management
- Ensure all client contact, both internal and external, is carried out professionally and efficiently
- Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of client's financial needs
- Maintain and update accurate client information
- Contribute effectively to team activities including the generation of new sales ideas and initiatives.
- Proactively generate new client acquisition through calling programmes Member Get Member prospecting
- Assist support the team with the delivery of branch sales and service goals
- Proactively generate appointments for Citigold Relationship Managers and Investment Consultants
Development Value:
- The role will allow individuals to develop their financial product knowledge
- The role will also provide the opportunity to work across different functions and departments within Citibank, and the International Personal Bank.
Skills
Knowledge/Experience:
- Proven financial services experience within a retail branch network
- Proven track record in a sales role
- Substantial experience in a client service background
Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Demonstrated customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to source new business through own initiative.
Qualifications:
- Working towards further banking qualifications such as FPC, Cefa or equivalent banking exams preferred
