Branch Administrator Job in Hildenborough TN15 0SQ, Southern UK

 

 

 

We have an opportunity for an Administrator to work in our Hildenborough office. We are looking for someone with ambition with a can-do attitude and have a passionate and motivated approach to work.  This position also brings an opportunity to progress within the company.

 

The main responsibilities for this role will include underwriting proposals, specifically reviewing credit profiles for both private and business customers, utilising current policies and procedures and using your judgement to make appropriate business decisions. Training and support will be pro­vided to the successful candidate.

 

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and be able to work on their own initiative. The successful candidate should also have a basic knowledge of Excel, Word and have good numerical and reasoning skills. Experience of working with and for Underwriters is beneficial but not essential.

 

The Hours of work will be Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm, working 35 hours per week. A flexible approach will be required to meet the needs of the business; hours of work will be reviewed on a regular basis which may include some weekends.
