Branch General Manager
Sales Consultants is a 44 year old executive search firm specializing in recruiting sales professionals for the building materials industry. As a division of the largest company of its kind in the world, we successfully work nationwide to find the right person for the right job. Our client is a large building products company who is seeking an experienced manager to oversee sales and operations for the Philadelphia branch. They are very well recognized in their industry and they are seeking an aggressive, roofing industry experienced, management professional to develop sales and grow business. Company offers a great base salary plus an outstanding upside for performance, plus bonus and car allowance. Position will be responsible for growing residential roofing sales, as well as some commercial roofing sales. Requires five years residential roofing sales experience and excellent leadership skills OR five years experience managing a building supply branch. Will be calling on builders and contractors. Must have builder direct sales experience. Bachelors degree is preferred.
