Administrative Assistant 3 Schedule : Full-time Shift : Day Hourly Rate : $16.80 + Depending on Experience Job Category : Administrative Support Location : Oregon-Beaverton Providence is calling a full-time Administrative Assistant 3 for a day shift position at Providence Murray Business Center in Beaverton, OR. In this position, you will: Provide full secretarial and administrative functions of a highly responsible and confidential nature for the Chief Medical Officer, two Medical Directors, Director of Quality and Medical Management and the Director of Clinical Performance Measurement. Also support numerous on-call medical advisors. Present a positive and professional image of the QMM Department, Corporate and Regional offices of the Sisters of Providence, and general public. Duties may include special projects, reports or other related duties which require minimal supervision. Required qualifications for this position include: High school diploma or GED. A minimum of five years of secretarial experience, working with executive and senior management personnel. Preferred qualifications for this position include: College course work and formal secretarial training preferred. Health care and insurance industry experience is preferred.
