My clients are a renowned recruitment consultancy with a long standing commitment to recruitment. They were initially founded in 1946 and were one of the first of their kind to offer recruitment services. They have built themselves an outstanding reputation over the years and have put down roots in many sectors.

They formed an educational recruitment division 9 years ago and have made a good impression with both their clients and candidates, resulting in them experiencing astounding growth and going from strength to strength. They have established themselves as one of the UK`s preferred suppliers of educational supply staff.

As a company they offer many opportunities for their staff and are constantly growing and developing the team. As a result of this they are now recruiting for a Branch Manager to lead an existing team.

As a Branch Manager you will have proven experience of team leadership or management and will ideally be from an educational recruitment background, however other sectors will be considered. Initially this will be a role where you will run a desk in addition to your management commitments, however as the business grows further and you grow your team you will move away from this aspect and concentrate fully on the management principles and developing the London branch. You will be capable of performing a versatile role as you will be required to lead and develop your team, setting targets and conducting one to ones in addition to the general functions of a business developer and consultant. You will lead by example and will demonstrate your business acumen through hard work and unwavering determination. As well as training and supporting your team you will promote the company through client visits and networking. You will possess impeccable interpersonal skills and you will be able to manage your own time and workload and aid others in the management of theirs. You will make it a priority to stay abreast of the latest legislation to ensure your team are fully informed of any changes. An applicant with strong management skills, in-depth recruitment knowledge and a tenacious attitude would be a welcome addition to this forward moving company.
