Branch Manager and Head of Capital Markets

Role
To lead and manage all aspects of the Tel Aviv branch of a global network of companies immersed in the futures and options industry, with a focus on fixed income markets. This includes recruiting and hiring top talent, providing a rigorous entry-level training program, developing skills on a continuing basis, and managing all individual and branch activities.
Desired skills and experience
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of proprietary trading experience in fixed income markets, preferably at an investment bank, hedge fund, or prop trading business in a major financial center (London, NY, Chicago, Frankfurt, Paris, ___).
- Demonstrated/proven manager skills at scale in a markets-relatedenvironment, preferably in proprietary trading in amajor money center. OR demonstrable interpersonal, communication, andanalytical skills and maturity that give credence to potential for learning and excelling in such management roles at scale.
- Proven commercial success in capital markets settings at scale,and proven ability to build/improve the quality and scale of a proprietary trading business onto a steepening profitability trajectory, especially in an emerging markets environment.
- Israeli citizenship and residency, and willingness to relocateto Tel Aviv.
