JOB DESCRIPTION
This role will suit an experienced Branch Manager who can demonstrate previous success within the recruitment industry.  In addition to understanding and managing the business platform for the branch/location, a grasp of staff development will be essential.

The branch is currently enjoying its reputation locally for delivering quality service levels, however it is time to uplift the activity and start to take a larger local market share.  A strong grasp of sales planning, marketing and competitor analysis is important along with the ability to gain the best performance form your team.

REMUNERATION
The basic salary will range from £30k.  In addition there is also an excellent benefits package inclusive of a superb commission structure.
