Your team
The Retail Bank is the public face of CommBank - in branches, on the phone, through videoconferencing and online. Together we deliver a seamless banking experience for the future to our 10 million+ personal and small business customers. We offer market-leading products and services, supported by world class technology.
Your impact
As Branch Manager you will lead your team to deliver exceptional service to a diverse customer base through selling a range of lending, deposit and wealth management products and services to new and existing customers.
You will be a trusted figure in your local community, empowering you to build strong networks and develop new business for your team to leverage. You will lead, coach and develop your team, assisting them to achieve individual and team targets as well as fostering their career development aspirations.
What will help you succeed?
You are highly motivated with the ability to lead a team to achieve targets in a busy, sales-driven environment. You will have a successful track record in sales, leadership skills and the ability to develop and mentor a team. Previous banking or financial services experience will prove helpful but is not essential. Strong leadership capability in a sales environment is critical to success.
