The Branch Support Manager reports to the Area Manager and is responsible for providing support to the Branches in the Area in relation to sales, service and administration.
The role is accountable for the overall management of sales support and the customer experience for the Area to ensure the Area meets their plan. The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Area.
The Branch Support Manager has responsibility for the following areas of work:
- Performance monitoring
- Customer Service
- HR support activities
- Administration
- People Management
