We are seeking a Brand Manager for our Franklin Lakes, NJ headquarters. In this role, you will be accountable for the achievement of key marketing functional goals at a product line level, influencing the development, and driving the execution of functional or product line plans for the Institutional Channel (Acute Care, Long Term Care, etc). You will also make decisions or recommendations that impact sales and/or expense budget performance, and will manage a formal marketing expense budget driving top line sales performance. Other duties include: provides significant input into product line-related business decisions and resource planning; plays critical role in key projects/ initiatives often leading project/ initiative teams; and demonstrates marketing expertise through specific and advanced set of skills and knowledge, e.g. branding, product development, forecasting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA strongly preferred
- At least 5 years of business experience, preferably in the life science or consumer products industries. Business experience may include marketing, sales, sales training, business development
- At least 2 years in product and/or marketing management
- Experience in identifying market opportunities, market segmentation, targeted marketing, competitive analysis, pricing strategy and go-to-market models and strategies
- Experience in developing sound business recommendations and experience persuading internal and external stakeholders to buy-in
