Brand Manager Sponsorship Job in Dublin Ireland

A major FMCG Brand is looking to recruit a Brand Manager Sponsorship to their marketing team.

The role reports directly to the Marketing Manager.

 

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sponsorship campaigns in line with marketing plans and brand strategy.

Managing the full marketing mix to create and launch powerful sponsorship platforms.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager to devise, deliver, execute and communicate ATL and BLT sponsorship properties within the remit.

Provide the Marketing Manager with robust monthly brand analysis

Management of the allocated budget and ensure that the activity plan adheres to allocated spend.

 

Manage key sponsorship, ATL, Digital, PR Media agencies, including objective setting, KPI management and annual reviews evaluations.

 

Core Skills / Qualifications

3rd level business qualification in Marketing

 

6 years marketing experience is essential for this role with recent sponsorship experience ideally on a strong FMCG brand

 

Strong understanding of consumer category insights – demonstration of a clear understanding of the motivation of consumers for the brand / category and their attitudes purchasing habits.

 

Agency management Agency evaluation

 

Understanding route to market how activation can effectively address consumer, shopper and customer purchase drivers.

 

Ability to develop effective through-the-line brand communications
