Broker Dealer Corporate Actions
We are currently seeking a corporate actions analyst to join one of our most impressive top tier banking clients on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for processing high volumes of corporate actions at a broker dealer pace. You will also be responsible for policy work surrounding post trade processes and advocacy. You will perform research and keep abreast of industry developments to enable you to contribute towards strategic developments.
You must have in depth experience of the front to back corporate action life cycle and have gained this experience from a broker dealer environment. You must also have excellent analysis and communication skills to contribute at the required level to post trade policies.
