Securities Business Manager
Our client are a London based securities house, seeking to recruit a Business Manager, with broad responsibility across a variety of functional business areas. Duties will extend across:
- Relationship Management/ Service delivery oversight : Responsible for managing SLA delivery, from outsourced service providers, acting as query escalation point, as well as working with providers on root cause analysis and process enhancement initiatives.
- Change Delivery : BA PM responsibility for an ongoing pipeline of internal Operational Change initiatives.
- Product/ Service Development: Partnering closely with the Product Development to provide front-to-back process SME, holding responsibility in conjunction with 3rd party service providers, for delivery of operational readiness in advance of new Instrument or Market activity.
From a Sell-side, Investment Banking Middle-office operations background, the successful candidate will also have demonstrable experience of project delivery, within operational process implementation and enhancement. Cash Equities coverage is essential, although candidates with additional coverage of Derivative products will be further advantaged.
