BROKER-DEALER SALES ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities include partnering with CEO and COO to develop sales strategies and goals, as well as qualifying, implementing, and managing the sales process from sourcing leads, to negotiating final deals, to maintaining client relationships. 

Candidates must have minimum 3 -5 years experience in retail and/or institutional sales within broker-dealer setting. Knowledge of proprietary software trading platforms required.    A professional demeanor and excellence in building relationships with outside lead sources and within organization are essential. 

Position may be based in DC or NYC.  Salary plus commission negotiable.
