Buildings Insurance ESSENTIAL Business Analyst

A leading Insurance client now requires a Business Analyst/Buildings Insurance to work with the Buildings Project Manager to support the definition and delivery of the three key strategies (namely, Field Force, DRR and Contents)
* Take ownership for working with ToCB Process Workstream to ensure that processes are documented to the standards
* Develop a key understanding of the strategies to influence work stream owners
* Documentation of key governance documents that are required to support the strategies from definition through to delivery
* Provide guidance to stakeholders on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieve the project objectives
* To support, guide and develop the Level 1 Business Analysts in all aspects of the role
* duct high level feasibility studies
* Identify and resolve issues / recommend solutions
* Liaise with other project areas to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues

The Buildings Insurance Business Analyst will have the following skills:

* General Insurance Claims Expert. Experience in Claims Fraud would be advantageous
* Understanding of development methodologies
* Experience of formalised analysis methods and tools
* Facilitation skills including the delivery of formal and informal presentations
* Ability to create and interpret business requirements, process maps and use/test cases.
* Analytical thinking complex problem solving
* Ability to research gather information
* Strong communication influencing skills
* Advanced PC skills (experienced in constructing documents in all MS Office and MS Project applications)
* Effective time management
