The Company
A leading North East based Engineering Company.
The Role
- Responsible for managing the entire administration function for the Sales and Marketing department.
- Raising sales orders.
- Administering new sales enquiries.
- Updating minutes and actions from Sales related meetings.
- Producing daily intake reports and contributing to management reports.
- Collating end of month schedule and call off reports.
- Some receptionist duties including Managing switchboard calls and attending to visitors.
- Coordinating internal and external post
The Person
- The ideal candidate will present a proven track record in Sales Administration, be computer literate, motivated and precise.
- The ability to implement new administrative systems and follow exiting systems to perfection is essential to the role as is the ability to multi task and self-motivate.
- Previous involvement in engineering focussed businesses would be advantageous.
- Must be IT literate.
