Business Analyst
Leader in FS requires experienced MI Business Analysts with solid delivery and management experience within UK retail/corporate banking.
This role is to work on a divestment programme and will be working within a team to implement the target operating model.
MI Business Analysts will be working in this work stream and must be able to hit the ground running.
This role will focus on business analysis and delivery of a part of the MI and Analytics function where you will be working with team leads and other business analysts through planning, reporting, delivery and all other governance activities.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Business Analysis ideally in the MI and Analytics function in demanding banking environment.
You will need an understanding and appreciation of MIA within a financial services environment and be genuinely interested in taking responsibility in areas such as Design, Build, Testing, Change Release, Process Enhancement, Problem Incident Management and improving SLAs accordingly.
Requirements for role:
Change Management experience
Full life cycle analysis and documentation, including Terms of Reference, Business Requirements, Functional Specifications and Implementation Plans.
Project governance, including day-to-day management and resolution of risks, issues and dependencies.
Recent divestment experience in banking environment
Understanding of how each MI deliverables across different departments relate to sales and product performance management
Existing MI project or development experience within corporate and/or investment banking environments
