Hays banking are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst working for a leading investment bank. This is a key role for the business as you will work on small scale enhancements and improvements across all areas of operations and work with key stakeholders in the business. As you will work across the bank with various investment products a good understanding of back and middle office operations in a investment banking environment is required along with cross product knowledge including, equities, fixed income, derivatives and commodities. In this role you will act as the point of contact between the business and IT, so excellent communication skills are essential. This is a permanent role with career progress into project management overtime.
