Business Analyst

An experience Business Analyst with a background in AML Sanctions processes and Trade Finance is required to work on a Global AML change Programme.

Key Objectives
Definition of high level business and operation designs, aligned to business and operational strategies
Provide experienced BA skills to solutions delivery
Define functional and non-functional requirements
Produce functional and non-functional specifications
Support the analysis and demand challenge of requirements
Engage across divisions for definition of opportunities for alternate business solutions to issues/challenges and represent these business solutions as requirements for IT solutions
Manage stakeholder relationships between the demand (business) and suppliers (IT) around constraints and limitations of solutions

Essential Experience
Good knowledge and experience of gathering business requirements and defining processes within financial organisations.
Implementing business process solutions to meet new business requirements, working with business units and IT support on process analysis, design optimisation.
Has good understanding of Banks goals, direction and strategies and how technology might support these objectives.
Broad knowledge of the breadth of services and products offered
Must have process mapping expertise and/or requirements definition expertise
Up to date with developments in individual area of expertise and will be expected to keep abreast of emerging technologies and potential for application within the Bank.
Knowledge of Sanctions compliance within Anti Money Laundering regulation
A background of working within a Trade Finance environment
