Business Analyst
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a Regulated Lending Review project to ensure that the banks policies, process and control is compliant to regulation (MCOB). The Business Analyst will join an existing team of other Business Analyst's and will report into a the Project Manager and they are solely working on the RLR programme.
The MCOB rules have been grouped within 10 customer lifecycles and 2 to 3 are given to each Business Analyst within the team. The Business Analyst will be required to understand the rule, work with various SME's to get proof points to show that policies, processes and control is compliant with each of the MCOB points for that lifecycle. If this is not the case, there will be a requirement to identify and report on gaps. The Business Analyst will then be required to draft a final report to key stakeholders.
You must be a strong Business Analyst with a good Retail banking background and experience of working within Mortgages projects previously; ideally you will have knowledge of MCOB and/ or MMR regulations.
