The Company
A multi-national insurance company is urgently looking for 3 Business Analysts to work in the regional project team, reporting into the Project Manager, on a 3 months contract to permanent basis.
The Role
The role would cover the following key areas:
- Facilitate the definition of user requirement with business
- Conduct performance gap analysis
- Prepare requirement
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders on scope control and requirements management
- Structure business requirements to ensure that they are effectively communicated to, understood by and usable by stakeholders from both IT (i.e., delivery team - system managers/ analysts) and business
- Coordinate with business users to define user acceptance test (UAT)
- Support business change management processes
Your Profile
- University graduate preferably in Business, Finance, IT or other related disciplines
- 7 - 10 years proven experience in business requirement gathering specification, user acceptance testing and user management, of which 3 - 5 years solid experience in financial services
- Solid experience in life and general insurance
- Fluency in verbal and written English communications essential
- Working experience in Asia countries
- Immediately available is highly preferred and will be considered first
