Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support contract phase-in/phase-out of field finance and accounting activities. Review Field disbursement reports for accuracy and company/contract compliance. Review Field bank and cash reconciliations for accuracy and Company compliance. Ensure compliance to local entity accounting standards Develop, implement and monitor compliance of field finance and accounting procedures. Supports international cash management programs, activities and initiatives. Performs due diligence in support of proposal pricing. Field finance workflow and Portal development Supports Field reporting activities. Ensures FAR/DFAR compliance. Supports project payrolls. Support AGS Corporate functions as required Support implementation of financial reporting policies, procedures and deliverables Support the set up of financial tools for field operations,(Banking, entity registrations, Cash) Education: Minimum requirement - BS in Accounting or equivalent Business degree Experience: 2- 5 years accounting/finance experience Specialized knowledge and skills: Microsoft Office - excel, word, PowerPoint, Visio General accounting Costpoint, Cognos (not required but a plus) Work Environment and Physical Demands Office environment. Required to observe all safety and health requirements for office environment. Must have a neat and professional appearance. Travel in support of project and Subsidiary Activities - up to 10%per year
