For our office in Prague we are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to become a Senior Recruitment Consultant who will be responsible for managing variety of roles with specialisation in HR.
This position is going to be a combination of consulting and sales activities.
The main responsibilities will cover:
- Market monitoring
- Identifying opportunities, contacting already existing as well as potential clients
- Developing relationships with clients and candidates
- Attending the meetings with clients and social events
- Presenting the Hays brand
- Information sharing with consultants of other divisions
- Identifying and understanding needs of clients and candidates and effective reacting to those needs
- Proactive selling of profiles to attract the clients
- Putting together required profiles and description of active positions
- Working with webportals and database-preparing adverts and marketing material to clients and candidates
- Working with applicants, comparing their profiles with requirements of clients
- Prescreening and interviewing the suitable candidates
- Presenting CVs to the clients, organising the interviews and providing feedbacks to both parties after the interviews
- Negotiation of Heads of Terms
- Meeting the monthly sales plan and KPIs agreed with the Team Leader
- Regular reporting according to internal rules
- Attending divisional and Hays events
Suitable candidate will meet following criteria:
- Min. 1 year of experience with recruitment of professionals for HR roles
- Experience in recruitment agency is a big plus
- Ability to work under stress
- Proactive and effective approach
- Ambitious and assertive individual
- Outgoing personality and eagerness to drive the business forward
- Strong communicator – direct contacting of clients on daily basis
- Sales focused
- Professional presentation skills
- Fluent in Czech and English
- University degree
