Harrington Starr is working with a leading supplier of financial software used by IFAs at banking and insurance companies to management clients and quotations. Their cloud based solution is rich in functionality and the emphasis on offering a flexible solution has seen their client base expand dramatically.
To accommodate this, my client is looking to expand their business analysis team - a vital component in their projects team. You will be assigned to speak with new and existing client to understand the needs and requirements of their IFAs and produce details documentation to present to the development teams.
This will require excellent client facing and rapport building skills. My client has strong relationships with their customers and you will be expected to maintain these. You will assist in finding solutions to problems and acting as the bridge between the business users and the technical teams.

To be considered for this position you must have the following:
* 4+ years of business analysis experience
* Financial services exposure ideally with IFA software solutions but other areas of finance would be sufficient
* Excellent client facing skills
* Strong requirements gathering and specification writing skills
