Business Analyst- AML recruitment
Our client is a leading global financial institution. This role is situated in a Compliance Technology team. The environment is technology driven and the development of Compliance solutions are used to create a competitive market.
The Business Analyst is responsible for activities which translate complex requirements into functional specifications which serve as the basis for technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyses business requirements documentation and other artifacts received from Domain Management.
- Be a primary source of requirement details towards software solution architects, developers and testers.
- Primary lead to create and modify business facing documentation (e.g. user manuals, solution briefs, functional summaries).
- Works with application developers to resolve functional issues from user acceptance testing (UATs) and to help find solutions for various functional difficulty areas.
- Cover Solution detailing and solution maintenance areas.
Requirements:
- Strong 8 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in requirement analysis
- Domain Experience – AML, KYC, Complaince
- Experiencing in building/leading/managing Business analysis teams
- Experiencing in dealing clients/customers during the requirement analysis phase.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence others by persuasion rather than authority
