Business Analyst and Change Agent – Insurance recruitment

This insurer has a global footprint and continues to see growth in the APAC region whilst other financial services struggle. Attracting the right personnel is critical to the success of this growth – we require business focused individuals to drive projects through the full life cycle.

The successful candidate must have experience in the following;

- 5-10 years life insurance experience

- Prior experience in a business consulting role with a leading consultancy firm, or role within an insurance company will be an advantage

- Experience with large-scale transformation programmes/ projects (including business change management

- Business analysis and/or project management exp

- Fluent spoken and written English

- Good coordinator with strong communication skills and cultural awareness

- Able to work independently
