Business Analyst (Back Office)
Job Summary
We have an opportunity of a Business Analyst for BAU support for Treasury Back office product implementation. The project is with a large bank and initially, this is a 12-month contract position.
Mandatory Skill-set
Candidate must have the following skill-set:
- Degree in Computer Science or related fields;
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Fixed Income and Money Market products;
- Excellent understanding of Fixed Income and Money Market products such as accounting, settlement, confirmation etc;
- Knowledge of SQL;
- Good analytical and communication skills;
- Resourceful and able to work independently.
Desired Skill-set
- Energetic and team player.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Liase with Users (Operations and Finance) to gather requirements for new projects/enhancements;
- Work with technical teams/vendors in ensuring the design of the application adhere to business requirements;
- Perform testing on the modules developed and follow-up with technical teams on issuesremediation;
- Provide business users support during UAT or post-implementation.
