Business Analyst / Change Program Manager recruitment
The DCO functon has been recognised as a critical investment area with CFO at Credit Suisse. The function plays an important role in improving the front to back data flows within finance and has a natural connection to other frimwide front to back program such as the Strategic Risk Program.
As such incumbants in the DCO role will be well connected within Credit Suisses's overall change envirnoment and individuals who deliver high levels of impact will have considerable opportunities to expand their careers, either within the finance organisation or more broadly across Credit Suisse
ROLE SUMMARY:
Credit Suisse aspires to be recognized within the financial services industry for market leading data control and data transformation processes, and has establish a Data control function to assist achieving this goal.
The Data Control Officer (DCO) is looking to recruit an AVP to develop and implement a more formalised framework of stakeholder management around the suppliers and users of finance data, and to assist in the implementation of the target operating model.
The successful applicant will be expected to deliver the following:
- Establish clearly defined SLA's with Data providers that detail CFO's data timing and quality requirements
- Definition and agreement metrics to enable management and resolution of data issues
- Establish appropriate Governance including escalation and sanctions
- Assist in implementing the plans for embedding the new target operating mode
Qualifications Degree level qualification
- Minimum 5 years Investment banking experience
- Previous consultancy experience in financial services finance transformation programs an advantage
