Business Analyst - Group Compliance Change - London
My client, a global banking group, is seeking a business analyst to join their team in London on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be expected to define and ensure the continuity of the functional, non-functional requirements and processes as part of the overall definition of Regulatory, Compliance and Legal solutions to support business needs, testing and objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Translate business objectives into requirement documentation to support the aims of the project
• Support the analysis of requirements and requirements gathering
• Define functional and non-functional requirements
• Produce functional and non-functional specifications
• Manage stakeholder relationships between the business IT
• Define acceptance criteria and conduct UAT
• Test scenarios, test conditions, test data and test scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Work with the end user to ensure test cases, scripts and conditions are captured accurately and co-ordinate end user input into the overall test phase.
• Work with multiple business units across a diverse stakeholder group, up to Sen ior Executive level
• Produce project deliverables at all phases from initiation through to closure
Skills/Requirements
• Strong experience gathering Regulatory, Compliance and Legal related requirements
• Experience in planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Excellent communication skills with ability to liaise with business and IT stakeholders
• Experience of Anti-Money Laundering within a financial services environment
• Knowledge of Sanctions and Transaction Monitoring beneficial
