Business Analyst Compliance IT MNC FI $40-60K contract-perm recruitment
The Company
A multi-national financial institution is currently looking for a Business Analyst for the Compliance IT project, initially on a 7 months contract period to permanent.
The Role
As Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing information to prepare business requirement document, acting as a liaison among business users, internal IT resources vendor, performing quality assurance, managing user testing and coordinating production release logistics.
- Provide business analysis during the implementation
- Work closely with business process owners, vendor delivery manager and internal IT in multi-countries on project deliverables.
- Ensure that project deliveries and dependencies are aligned with other IT projects to maximise implementation efficiency and business benefit
- Responsible for day-to-day project activities to ensure the appropriate change management in place
- Manage testing
- Update project status and supporting documents regularly
Your Profile
- At least 3 years of BA experience
- Knowledge of Compliance - Know your clients (KYC), Market surveillance and AML reporting requirements
- Familiarity with IT solution delivery processes
- Assertive and confident personality
- Information Technology background
- Immediately available is highly preferable and will be considered first
