Business Analyst - Contact centres programme
My financial services client is urgently seeking a number of business analysts to join their busy contact centres programme in Glasgow.
Applications will only be considered from candidates with short notice periods, or who are currently on the market.
The programme will focus on creating an improved and streamlined customer experience for all client groups serviced by the banks businesses, and this will be achieved by the creation of improved operating models and procedures, as well as by employing new or upgraded telephony systems which incorporate the latest technology and new media.
Business analysts are required to join the programme in a number of key areas - including the technology and process workstreams.
The ideal candidates will have prior project experience gained in a large contact centre environment, or within the contact centre area of a financial services business (eg retail bank, Investment bank or Wealth manager)
These roles will be offered on a 6 month contract
