Leading Insurance organisation requires Business focused BA to support a major Digital Transformation Programme with high profile, board level, visibility.
You will have previous experience of Business change working within a Digital programme and be able to concentrate on the business requirements during Process Mapping and Process Development
You must be able to conceptualise and have the vision to understand the business side during the systems implementation as well as liaising with the IT side to understand the deliverables.
Experience with developing and relaying training ideas to the training teams would be an advantage
Insurance or Financial Services experience is essential as is an understanding of Agile.
