Business Analyst (Finance Change) recruitment
My client is looking for a very experienced Business Analyst who has very strong experience of working in a Change environment. The opportunity sits within Finance Change, however it is truly cross-functional in nature. The aim of the project is to uniform the transactional data across Risk, Finance and Operations in order to prevent data divergence amongst functions leading to misaligned pricing and reporting representation
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the development of leading edge solutions that draw upon the knowledge of industry best practices. They must also have the ability to partner with relevant Stakeholders to deliver those solutions in a timely, effective and cost efficient manner. The opportunity will be working on the Data Consistency Programme, so the successful individual should not only have good exposure to Change within the Financial Services, but also to understand data and be able to understand cross-functional data requirements. An appreciation of processes is important as well as process impact and process reporting. The ability to create strong functional specifications goes without saying and any leadership experience would be beneficial but is not essential. Excellent communication skills are essential and the ability to liaise at all levels is important.
