The Financial engineering team is in charge of the definition and the validation of the evolutions of our product suite. The front office team is responsible for Kondor+, Kondor Structured Product, and
The kind of projects we are working on:
• Extend an asset class to extend the coverage scope of instruments handled by Kondor+
• Enhancements at the Front Office reporting level:
- Provide new risk measures or P/L components
- Enhance the way to handle a Collateral Dispute procedure
- Provide a user-friendly assistant to build his own reports, by aggregating either Kondor+ reports and/or custom reports
- Let the user choose his Market Data sets
• Definition of user stories which will enhance the user experience:
- Workflow of assignment of any data (curves, scenarios, compliance rules, ...)
- New graphical components
• Quantitative projects:
- Create a pricing API in order to allow customer plug their own pricing library
- Enhance some pricing models (IR, FX) to integrate them in the standard application
• Credit Risk / CVA / DVA
• Manage international conventions in terms of static data, market data, instruments and pricing relative to different regions in the world. Latest examples: Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Turkey, Australia, Japan, Thailand, Kenya...
The Financial Engineer is involved in one or two main projects and follows the full development cycle (approx. 1 year):
• Specification writing of the required new functionalities
• Development team support during implementation
• Validation of the functionalities through manual test cases
• Internal trainings on those functionalities
• Perform presentation and demo of this new functionalities to sales, pre-sales, product managers

Skills
Education :
• Engineering school or master in finance
Required skills :
• At least one previous experience in positions such as business analyst, support consultant, or functional development Engineer.
• Knowledge of the financial markets
• Excellent autonomy
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English
Desired skills :
• Very nice to have: knowledge on other competitive software
