Business Analyst FX
The role involves interfacing with the business to understand requirements, writing functional and technical specifications, working with various IT development teams to deliver to spec, and coordinate the testing and rollout of changes along with the test and production services groups.
Essential Skills and Experience
• Interface with the business to understand requirements and document these as functional and technical specifications that IT development teams can work off and QA teams can use to prepare test plans
• Good understanding of the FX market, FX products and trading business within an Investment bank
• Understanding of the F2B business process involved in the trading of FX
• Strong communication (oral and written), presentation and interpersonal skills in order to liaise with members of the organisation at all levels.
• Need for strong analytical skills, logical analysis and conceptual thinking
• Ability to manage key stakeholder relationships and build productive working relationships
• Candidate must be flexible enough to undertake a variety of projects concurrently
