Business Analysis Consultant required to work for a large Asset Management company on a strategic Greenfield implementation of Salesforce for their Distribution team which will facilitate 5000 global users then several other areas.
They have a CRM project which is in the early initiation phase, being only half way through a month long proof of concept of SalesForce which they are using to test out integration with Outlook, QlikView, CADIS and SharePoint. The signs are very encouraging so they are looking at the requirements for resourcing the project post the proof of concept. Based on the scope that they are developing, they are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Consultant. The project pipeline is at least 18 months there will be future senior opportunities in the firm’s CRM team.
You will be the conduit between the business and technology teams and must exude credibility in order to run workshops, gather the requirements, document functional and technical specifications and build the process through to delivery within an Agile environment.
Essential:
- Strong Salesforce knowledge
- Strong workshop, configuration data migration experience
- Ability to gather requirements and elicit functional and technical specifications for an Agile development team
- Ability to set up environments; process maps, systems design.
