Business Analyst, IT, Reference Data, Banking
Business analyst required to work within the Reference Data Technology team of a leading investment bank. You will be delivering projects within the Client and Counterparty Reference Data domain including strategic change, future architectural planning, enhancements and maintenance of strategic repositories. The repositories source, validate and distribute reference data to all systems in the firm. You will be the primary liaison with the business and technology stakeholders responsible for gathering requirements, documenting requirements, developing and testing systems and implementing business / technology change.
Essential:
- Strong experience of delivering data projects – Reference Data is preferred
- Liaise with business and IT users at all levels, across internal groups and with external suppliers.
- Ensure good communications across IT and business users.
- Define business requirements and produce appropriate business requirements specification documents.
- Organize and lead workshops and meetings to assist the requirements gathering process.
- Ensure all work meets prescribed standards in design and quality.
