Our client, an international production company in the agricultural sector, is currently searching to strengthen their Finance Team with a Business Analyst with potential.
Job Description
As a financial business partner for production you co-ordinate, support and plan work with the Finance team. You will work on reporting analysis, with your main goal being to provide correct, complete and timely financial reporting (monthly, yearly, budget, latest estimate, tailor-made)
Assure the correct and timely preparation for the general ledger in order to provide correct and timely reporting.
Support the Supply Chain controller in global long term planning and short term order execution teams in this Dutch site and you are the backup coordinator towards production sites in overseas areas.
Build and Maintain management information processes
Maintain and support accurate costing processes
Develop, maintain and report KPI’s
Maintain and develop SOx control procedures and standard procedures related to goods receipts, issues, purchase orders, etc.
Support the budget, forecast and strategic processes
Support integration projects/implementation processes and projects in general
Support the preparations of capital proposals
Prepare periodical reports and analysis, as well as ad hoc analysis
Ensure and improve Financial Awareness by educating Business People
Take an active role in the development of financial IT systems (SAP / BW)
Guard quality and consistency of data in and between the financial IT systems.
Responsible for stock control
Requirements
Master degree in Business Economics or Business Administration
2-3 years experience with accounting and reporting in a manufacturing environment
Excellent knowledge of Excell, SAP is a plus
Fluent in English and Dutch
