Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and build business cases for Enterprise Data Program initiatives for funding requests. Perform analysis of program costs and benefits; build supporting financial models and presentation materials leveraging PowerPoint, Visio and Excel. Drive benefit and value reporting Perform data value analysis and total cost of ownership analysis Interview or survey workers, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility and so information can be shared Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow Business Case Development Maintaining Enterprise Data Program Tracking Tool Monthly and Ad Hoc Stakeholder Reporting (primarily financial tracking and reporting) Development Software License forecast and tracking for key tools used by the department Responsibility Level: Exercises independent judgment with little to no direction from supervisor
