Job Description Job Classification: Contract Our client in Georgetown, KY is looking for a strong, self driven person to be in a Business Analyst/Project Manager role for 5 months with possible extension. The primary responsibilities will be to interface with business units and determine requirements/design for projects, and manage the development of those projects. The candidate will be responsible for working with our business partners to develop strategies to meet their business objectives. -Good communication skills and the ability to work with minimal direction are a must. -Frequent travel to Erlanger, KY may be required (possibly 1 - 2 times a week as needed). WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: -Extensive experience (5-8 years) in Business Analysis, working with business customers to determine needs/requirements and developing business process flows. -Extensive experience with managing projects of small-medium complexity, working with 3-5 man teams to develop custom solutions. -Strong documentation and communication skills (written and verbal). -Ability to handle multiple assignments at the same time and prioritize tasks. -Creative thinking for providing innovative solutions. -Strong interpersonal skills a must, as this person will frequently be communicating with our business partners. -1-3 years experience with .NET framework (3.0 and later) and related technologies. -1-3 years experience with Visual Studio 2008 or later. -1-3 years experience (1-3 years) building web services. -1-3 years experience with Windows Services. -Experience with SQL Server 2008. -Experience with MS Office (Visio, Excel).
