We are looking for an up and coming analyst to assist the Product Operations Team prepare and package products. Backgrounds in pricing/modeling/configuration will be considered. Must be detail oriented and extremely organized. More about the role... The Product Operations team is responsible for implementing sellable products and managing the product life cycle. This encompasses organic product growth as well as products and services secured during mergers and acquisitions. The individual we are seeking is self-directed and team-oriented with the ability to understand the needs of technical/business/sales users, and deliver projects and tasks necessary to make everyone successful. They are a problem-solver with excellent people and communication skills, the ability to work with Product Managers, Product and Pricing Managers, IT, Finance, Operations and other staff to facilitate projects and meet deadlines. Responsibilities: - Testing: create plans, conduct testing, update development and test environments - Extensive note taking for various project status meetings, cross- departmental meetings, etc. - Assist with compilation/formatting of a data dictionary and other team projects - Compile/format documentation around new products for sales consumption via library/website - Internal ticket creation for field value updates - Case handling - Data analysis (product, quote, and order data) - Product record creation including legal terms localizations Required Skills - past experience with software-as-a-service or Web-based software - Proven ability to compile documentation for both non-technical business users and administrators - Ability to consistently meet deadlines and manage tasks; Solid project management skills - Strong experience using MS office and Google Apps tools to enable collaboration - Ability to learn quickly and adjust priorities in a dynamic environment - Ability to learn new technologies quickly - Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences; - Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams; - Excellent influencing and negotiation skills; - Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks; - Ability to work with deadlines and in a fast paced environment. - HTML/Web Development (+) If interested, please send your resume or profile to me directly and I will be happy to answer any further questions.
