Job Description: Seeking a skilled and experienced Database Administrator for an important Government customer. This labor categoryrequires DoD 8570 compliance - at a minimum, IAT Category, Level I. Under supervision, the Database Administrator - Entry Level shallprovide database administration for development and production environments and database environment and hosting support to softwaredevelopment teams. The Database Administrator - Entry Level shall administer database servers (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server or MySQL), supportcertification and accreditation activities, and perform all duties related to on-going operation of the database infrastructure. Tasks shallinclude, but are not limited to, database and application troubleshooting, installation, backups, configuration and performance tuning,development support, scripting, and producing documentation. Job requires a Top Secret SCI clearance with lifestyle polygraph. Worklocation is Columbia, MD and nearby areas.Required Skills, Experience, and Education: "The Database Administrator - Entry Level shall meet the following minimumrequirements:1. Fifteen (15) undergraduate credit hours in computer science, computer engineering, and/or information systems or relateddiscipline or 2 years related experience. 2.
