Job Description
As a Business Analyst you are responsible for maintaining and enhancing management information in order to accelerate revenue growth, customer satisfaction and optimize our cost to serve. You will provide the CFO and CEO with the results which they will use for improving daily operations and in their search for new business opportunities and definitions of (adjusted) strategic goals.
Tasks
· Report to the CEO and CFO. Pro-activily facilitate changes in the business by setting up adequate management information systems;
· Analyze global financials, operational information and key performance indicators to derive business development implications;
· Support in determination of systems and reports/dashboards for adequate KPI information;
· Produce competitor reports, containing competitor information, macroeconomic indicators and financial indicators for the WOGER Management Team;
· Provide on-going support for management reporting, including detailed global sales reports;
· Assist in preparation of communication documents for management meetings;
· Conduct general industry research and analysis;
· Prepare investment plans and evaluate achievement of defined goals.
Expertise
· University working level;
· Experience in financial statements, company reports and analyst reports;
· Comfortable in an international environment;
· Strong communication skills, fluently in Dutch and English;
· Reliable, detail-oriented and highly motivated to perform independently in a fast paced environment;
· Interest in retail through internet sector;
· Analytical skills, persuasive, creative thinker, strong personality;
· Exhibits a high standard of ethics, integrity and confidentiality;
· Experience with SAP Business Objects is a pré.
