As a Business Analyst in our Finance Transformation Department of Marsh McLennan Companies Corporate, you will be responsible for working across a broad scale of workstreams, geographies and Operating Companies.
Responsibilities:
- Management of FT PMO BAU tools (status reports, opp logs, baselines etc.) and attendance and input at related FT calls/meetings
- Design stage support (updating of decks, business cases and other design materials, logistical support), and attendance and input at related design calls/meetings
- Transition support (Management of PM governance packs, communication materials, project plans, and logistical support), attendance at related transition calls/meetings
- SME status in one or more functional disciplines
- Day to day logistical, PM communication support across full FT scopes as required
- Experience
- Ideal candidate would have an accounting background (not CPA) with good project management experience.
- 3+ years experience of analyzing business problems and designing successful solutions
- Minimum 5 years professional work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in project or programme management techniques and tools
- Stakeholder Management communications
- Good Stakeholder Management skills and an ability to gain consensus
- Understanding the implications of change on the 'Customer Experience'
- Ability to articulate concepts to business users and technologies
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Strong (clear and concise) communication skills using all methods of communication
- Fluency in written spoken English
- Good interpersonal skills adequate for dealing and communicating clearly with people from all levels of the organization, and with external customers and suppliers
- Good presentation skills and personal credibility adequate to operate effectively at different levels in the organization

- Experience of Visio or other process mapping tools
- Willing to travel throughout Europe, Asia and the US
