Financial Services entity require a contract Pensions BA whose role is key in the initiation and delivery of pension product developments. The roles requires a solid background in business analysis and developing/applying formal business analysis disciplines, ideally within the financial services sector or management consulting firm. Responsibilities will include being assigned to business units to assist them to develop ' early stage' initiatives and formulate high level requirements. Requirements gathering and documentation for assigned projects, liaising with internal and external business lines and IT for sign off on change requests, perform system testing. Essential skills include: Pension knowledge and experience at an operational level covering SIPPs and/or Group Personal Pensions, Exposure to and understanding of the pensions legislative framework and operational impacts, Experience of pension administration systems, the capability to take ownership of project deliverables and deliver high quality products to timescales.
