Business Analyst / Project Manager – Contract
Key responsibilities;
- Define the Target Operating Model across all workstreams
- Understand current data and process ownership;
- Understand current business process flows;
- Define target / interim data and process ownership;
- Define target / interim business process flows;
- Determine changes to data and process ownership and obtain buy in from Business Owners;
- Identify optimum resources requirements.
Key Skills;
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as part of a financial services change delivery programme, implementing, business process, regulatory change delivery or infrastructure improvement;
- Evidence of roles in reconciliations functions for significant change programmes, including understanding of Risk and Finance data;
- Experience of analysis work to define Target Operating Model and to obtain buy in from Business Owners;
- Experience in organising UAT and Training approach within Programmes and Projects;
- Experience of reviewing data and information, creating concise analysis and recommendations with clear identification of issues, required actions;
