Business Analyst / Project Manager recruitment

The ideal candidate will have a background of consultative business change delivery ideally gained with Tier1 institutions and possess a core skill set encompassing the following; the ability to requirement gather, re-engineer business processes, deliver Gap Analysis (AS IS/TO BE), process mapping and process documentation. In addition the selected candidate will be a strong influencer of change, able to lead in the definition of the initiatives Target Operating Model – building out necessary functions and the hierarchical structure to drive the project home.

This is a full lifecycle programme and prior exposure of working in this context plus the technical and business understanding will be vital to ensure the success of the piece. Due to the nature of Client Reporting and Sales/ Revenue Credit projects – work with Front Office stakeholders and on change to business lines’ MI and reporting systems will be seen as advantageous to applications.
