BUSINESS ANALYST recruitment

 RESPONSIBILITIES

-         Collection and analysis of business requirements;

-         Writing of formalized requirements;

-         Participation in meetings with users and customers;

-         Explanation of requirements to developers and systems testers;

-         Preparation of documents for tenders;

-         Verification of the system. 

REQUIEREMENTS                       

-         Age: 23-35;

-         High education (mathematical, economic, technical);

-         2+ years of work on different positions in the investment-banking area;

-         Perfect knowledge of various financial products (stocks, bonds, derivatives etc.), methods of market and credit risks accounting, principles of financial market functioning;

-        Knowledge of methodology of developing of software and different methods of requirements description (Use Cases, Sequence diagrams, UML diagrams etc.).

 Personal qualities:

-         Organization, accuracy, attention to details;

-         Good communication skills;

-         Independence.
