Group Compliance Officer recruitment

This is a high profile role, and as such, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of compliance professionals, providing compliance advice to underwriters, senior management and the board, developing policies and procedures to maintain compliance to the highest standard, devising and implementing compliance monitoring programmes, maintaining strong working relationships with business units and external regulators, assisting in the delivery of compliance training, and working closely with the legal team to ensure compliance with AML, DPA, competition and other relevant laws.

Candidates should have prior experience gained in a similar role within the insurance market, and experience of managing and developing a compliance team would be preferable.
