About the Job
As the Business Analyst Team Lead, you will be working within an IS Business Analyst team of six. You will be responsible for monitoring the output of Business Analyst resources and maintaining the team's business analysis capability. Previous team leadership experience is essential as well a strong ability to liaise with the broader business.
In this varied role, you are required to meet key objectives that include:
- Development of business requirements to meet business needs, in line with IS strategy
- Refinement and implementation of quality BA templates, tools and processes
- Creation of BA roadmaps
- Ensuring that BA deliverables are achieved in accordance with agreed budgets and project deadlines
- Quality BA activity is delivered through clear communication of work schedule and task prioritisation
- People management and leadership through performance reviews, training, management meetings and building strong team capabilities
- Demonstrated BA experience across an IS project lifecycle
The successful candidate will have knowledge of SDLC, along with a strong ability to influence project managers and project stakeholders in relation to the BA function and deliverables.
